Operations Review

Not sure which fits? Tell me what's stuck
I learn how the work moves today, across people, inboxes, tools and client touchpoints, and where things fall through.
Together, you and I decide what stays with you, what comes to me, what your assistant owns, what software or AI can run, and what needs a person's judgment.
I connect the pieces: owners, automations, checks, handoffs, written steps, and what happens when the normal process breaks.
You keep the workflows, the written steps and the decision rules. The business runs without me watching it.

I build one kind of trip in your tool: who owns each step, the emails, the checks, and what happens when something breaks.
Build it once, properly.

Most travel businesses have good tools and capable people. The advisor is still the one making sure it all worked.
Less for you to watch. More that runs without you.
The working agreement
Hiring help doesn't always take responsibility off the owner. Working with me should leave you with less to manage. I wrote down what that looks like: how I communicate, what I own, how I handle questions and odd cases, and what you can expect.

A note from me
Hi,
I've worked inside many luxury advisor agencies, at different stages of growth. I kept seeing the same thing. Advisors had good tools and good assistants. Too many questions, checks and odd cases still ended with the owner.
I help sort that out. If your assistant can own it once the work is clear, I want it with them. I'm not here to be your most expensive assistant. If your tool can run it safely, I want the tool doing it.
My goal is simple. Fewer questions should need to reach you. You keep the clients, your voice and the final calls. I'll tell you when I think there's a better way. You still decide.
