1. Who we are
Eliava Consulting, LLC is a Georgia limited liability company that does business as Eliava Travel Ops. In these terms, "we," "us" and "our" mean Eliava Consulting, LLC, and "you" means the person or business using the site or our services.
We do not sell travel. We are never the seller, agent or merchant of record for any trip, tour, flight, hotel, cruise or other travel product. We don't collect payment for travel, and we aren't responsible for any booking, supplier or trip. Travel arrangements are between you, your client and the travel supplier.
2. Using the site
Use the site for lawful purposes only. Don't misuse it, interfere with how it works or try to access it in ways it isn't meant for.
The site's text, designs, sample work and the Eliava name and logo belong to us. Don't copy, resell or republish them without our written permission.
3. Our services
Our services and prices are listed on the site, with one page for each offer. Here's how they work:
- Written agreements. Ongoing help and bigger jobs get a written proposal or agreement with the scope, price and timing. If that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement wins.
- Your part. Our work depends on getting timely access, information and answers from you. If those are delayed, our timing may move too.
4. Payment
Fees are due as stated on your invoice, payment page or agreement. Unless we agree otherwise, work starts after we receive payment or the agreed deposit. Payments are processed by Stripe.
5. Refunds
Unless a signed agreement says otherwise:
- Before work begins, you can get a refund of any deposit or prepayment. Just ask in writing.
- After work begins, payments aren't refundable. We'll give you the work done so far.
- Digital downloads, such as templates, aren't refundable once you have access, unless the law requires it.
- Card processing fees may not be returned to us by Stripe, so a refund may be reduced by those fees where the law allows.
If there's a problem with a charge, please email us first at hello@eliavatravel.com so we can fix it quickly.
6. Your tools and your clients
- You choose which of your tools and accounts we can use, and you can remove our access at any time.
- Your accounts and subscriptions stay in your name, and you're responsible for them.
- We treat your business and client information as confidential, as described in our Privacy Policy and in any NDA we sign with you.
- We send payment reminders. We never take or hold your clients' payments.
7. What's yours
Once you've paid, the work we make for your business is yours to use in your business. That includes your emails, templates, checklists, guides and private library, and you keep it if we stop working together.
We keep our own general know-how, methods and templates that aren't specific to your business, and we may use them for other clients. We'll never share your business or client details with anyone else.
8. AI tools
We use AI tools to help draft and organize some work. A person, not a tool, reviews everything before it reaches you. We never put card numbers or passport numbers into AI tools, and we don't use your confidential information to train public AI models.
Please review what we deliver before you rely on it. If your business has its own rules about AI or data, tell us before we start.
9. What we don't promise
We do our work carefully and in good faith. We don't guarantee any specific result, such as more bookings, revenue or time saved, because results depend on things outside our control.
Our site, samples and services are general business help. They aren't legal, financial or tax advice. For those, talk to a qualified professional.
The site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
10. Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the service the claim is about, or $100 if you paid us nothing.
You agree to cover our losses and reasonable legal costs if they come from your misuse of the site, your breaking these terms, or your breaking the law or someone else's rights.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in Georgia. If one part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Changes don't affect work already covered by a signed agreement.
