How it works

The work moves You keep control

I work inside the tools you already use. Each task has a clear owner and written steps. You approve what your clients see. The goal is fewer questions and checks coming back to you.

01 / The method

A clear path from first call to handoff.

  1. 01See the whole picture

I learn how the work moves today, across people, inboxes, tools and client touchpoints, and where things fall through.

  2. 02Give every task a home

Together, you and I decide what stays with you, what comes to me, what your assistant owns, what software or AI can run, and what needs a person's judgment.

  3. 03Build the checks in

I connect the pieces: owners, automations, checks, handoffs, written steps, and what happens when the normal process breaks.

  4. 04Leave it so it holds

You keep the workflows, the written steps and the decision rules. The business runs without me watching it.

The right work in the right place

Your playbook. Owners · timing · checks · tools Who owns what. Every task has one owner and a finish line. When it happens. Each step is tied to a date or a trigger. What gets checked. Full checks at first, then spot checks as it proves out. When to stop. Your assistant knows what to handle and what to bring to you. What the tool does. Your tool and AI run the steady work. You approve what clients see.

02 / One person

You always know who is doing the work.

You work with me directly. I use your tools, your rules and the client emails you approved.

  • WhoYou work with me from the first call through the handoff.
  • AccessYou add me as a user and can remove me anytime. I never need your host login.
  • ApprovalNothing reaches a client until you OK the words and the timing.
  • UpdatesWritten updates and short videos by default. Calls when a decision is easier live.
  • AdviceIf your assistant or your tool could own a task, I'll tell you. You decide.
  • ScopeIf I spot related work, I name it. New work is quoted before it starts.

Your clients need your judgment.Your back office shouldn't need all of it.

If you're still checking every task, fixing every handoff and remembering every exception, the business is still running through you.
