1. Who we are

Eliava Consulting, LLC is a Georgia limited liability company. We do business as Eliava Travel Ops. We provide behind-the-scenes help for travel advisors and travel agencies. We do not sell travel.

In this policy, "we," "us" and "our" mean Eliava Consulting, LLC. "The site" means eliavatravel.com.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

  • Your form answers. Your name, email, business name or website, and your answers about your business, your tools, your trips and what you need.
  • A call, if we book one. If I send you a booking link and you pick a time, our scheduling tool (cal.com) collects your name, email, the time you chose and the answers you gave on the form. Calls take place on Zoom.
  • Payments. When you pay, you enter your card details with our payment processor, Stripe. We see that you paid and how much. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Things you send us. Emails, files, and links such as a Loom video you share with us.
  • Our newsletter. If you sign up, your email address and name.

Information collected when you visit

Like any website, the site can't load without your browser sharing some basic details, such as your IP address and browser type. Our web host (Vercel) receives these details when you load a page. We don't use them to track you.

3. Your clients' information

When you hire us, we may see your clients' names, trip details and other information inside your tools. We treat it as confidential:

  • We sign a confidentiality agreement (an NDA) before we see any client names.
  • We use client information only to do the work you asked for.
  • We send payment reminders. We never take or hold client payments.
  • We never put card numbers or passport numbers into AI tools.
  • You choose which tools we can access, and you can remove our access at any time.

You are responsible for having the right to share your clients' information with us. Our written agreement with you covers this work in more detail and controls if it differs from this policy.

4. How we use it

  • To reply to your answers, and to hold a call if we book one.
  • To give you a quote and do the work you hire us for.
  • To take payment and keep business records.
  • To send our newsletter, if you signed up.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting rules.

5. Who we share it with

We never sell your information. We share it only with the services that help us run the business, and only what each one needs:

  • Google, for email and the sheet where form answers are saved.
  • Vercel, which hosts the site.
  • cal.com, for booking calls, and Zoom, for holding them.
  • Stripe, for payments.
  • Loom, if you send us a Loom video.
  • Kit, for our newsletter and free checklist sign-ups.
  • AI tools we use to help draft and organize work. See section 3 for what we never put into them.

We may also share information with our accountant or attorney when needed, when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety. If the business is ever sold or reorganized, information may transfer as part of that.

6. Cookies

The site sets no cookies of its own. It has no analytics and no advertising. If you open a booking link I send you, cal.com may set its own cookies to make the calendar work. Stripe may do the same on its payment page. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your information while we're talking with you or working together, and afterward for as long as we need it for legal, tax and record-keeping reasons. If you filled out the form but we never worked together, you can ask us to delete your answers at any time.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to show you the information we have about you, correct it or delete it. Email legal@eliavatravel.com and we'll reply within 30 days. We may need to confirm who you are first.

California residents

You have the right to know, access, correct and delete your personal information. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context advertising. We won't treat you differently for using your rights.

EU and UK residents

You also have the right to restrict or object to how we use your information, and to get a copy you can take elsewhere. We use your information to take the steps you ask for before a contract, to perform our contract with you, with your consent (such as the newsletter), and for our legitimate business interests (such as keeping records). You can withdraw consent at any time, and you can complain to your local data protection authority.

9. Emails from us

Every newsletter email has an unsubscribe link, and we honor it promptly. You can also email legal@eliavatravel.com to be removed. Our mailing address is in every newsletter email.

10. Children, security and links

Children. The site is for adults running a business. It's not meant for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we'll delete it.

Security. We use trusted providers and reasonable care to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't promise that nothing will ever go wrong.

Other websites. The site links to other services, like cal.com and Stripe. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. If a change is big, we'll tell you by email or on the site.
